Please see the below policies to see if any of your purchases qualify for a refund or a store credit. Note, all refunds/returns are all considered on a cases by cases basis.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee policy with no questions asked on all of our hosting plans. If you send a request to our support staff at support@synergitechs.com to cancel your hosting account with the first 30 days after your account is created we will refund 100% of your hosting fees. (This excludes servers, domain names, and any hardware)
We do not offer a refund for any domain names for any reason. All sales are final at the time of purchase. However, we do offer a store credit for the full purchase amount within a certain grace period from the purchase date. The grace period varies by domain name. If you wish to obtain the exact grace period for a domain period contact our support department with any questions at support@synergitechs.com. Outside of the grace period there are no refunds.
We do not offer any kind of refunds for purchased products unless the vendor or manufacture refunds us for the product. We will work hard with the vendor/manufacture to obtain a refund on your behalf. Please note, sometimes they will need to see the product before making a decision. If they consider the product abused or their warranty terms have been violated then they could deny the return.
Services rendered are not refundable unless the services provided are not provided as advertised. Our employees work hard to make the customer happy and provide the best customer service possible.
